I never really thought about my health until my body started declining rapidly around the age of 19 from incessant amounts of partying and gallivanting for no particular reason in college. The main lesson I acquired from college was to treat my body like a temple. I am worthy of such treatment but why did I falter? Thankfully I didn’t sit in regret too much as I like to find solutions and one of the biggest solutions I encountered was to detox.
